STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
When: Wednesday’s 6:00p-7:00p AND Saturday’s 8:30a-9:30a
Class Description: Focuses on improving both muscular strength, power and performance. And teaching lifelong FITness and movement skills, while reducing injuries. Injury prevention is the most important reason to follow a strength and conditioning program. Emphasizes core strength and conditioning to optimize physical development in each of the ten FITness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
TRX SCULPT & FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
When: Monday’s 6:00p-7:00p
Class Description: Incorporates the best of strength training, circuit training, cardio bursts, plyometrics and core training into this one-of-a-kind, new generation workout routine for the whole body. You will develop key athletic abilities such as explosive strength, isometric endurance, balance and flexibility for a stronger, leaner, sexier you!
CORE CONDITIONING
When: Saturday’s 9:30a-10a
Class Description: Will help produce toned abdominal muscles— core exercises include a lot more than just crunches. Functional “CORE Conditioning” training is about power, strength and stabilization. Core muscles create a solid base for your body, allowing you to stay upright and stand strong on your two feet.
STRENGTH-BALANCE-CORE
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30-11:30am (Cost: $5)
Class Description: Senior FITness programming class. Learn proper form and strength training, stretching techniques, while strengthening your core and correcting your balance.
